Resetting Password

In order to reset your password and/or confirm your Login ID, please enter the e-mail address that you used to register your account.

Password Reset Instructions
1. Enter the e-mail address you provided when you registered your account and press the "Submit" button.
2. You will receive an e-mail containing instructions telling you how to reset your password.
3. Open the password reset page by clicking on the URL found in the e-mail described above.
4. Confirm your login ID and set a new password for your account.

* In order to reset your password you will need to answer the "secret question" you provided during registration.
If you have not entered a secret question and answer, please do so by following the instructions shown on the screen after you log in.

*Your secret question and answer are used to confirm your identity.
