Tiers are a way of calculating your rank within SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS based on the number of Points you’ve earned in the one-year period beginning April 1st and ending March 31st. At various times throughout the year, we’ll give out presents to members, and the better your Tier, the better your present.

There are five different Tiers: Regular, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Ultimate. Every member belongs to the Regular Tier when they first join MEMBERS.

Your Tier is determined by the number of Points you’ve earned throughout the year. To go up a Tier, earn more Points!

On April 1st of every year, all members Bronze or greater are returned to the beginning of the Bronze Tier.

If you want to return to higher Tiers, you’ll have to earn more Points.

The total number of Points you’ve accumulated throughout your MEMBERS lifetime is tallied in your Level. Your Level will never decrease, and shows everyone how much of a dedicated member you’ve been in the past.

The number of Points required to advance to the next Tier will be based on the total number of Points available that year. The more total Points available, the more Points you’ll need to eventually claim Ultimate member status.
