Can Groups be used for commercial purposes?
I want to send a message to someone I have met through MEMBERS Groups.
My question isn't answered here in the Help Center.

Can Groups be used for commercial purposes?: Groups cannot be used for commercial/for-profit purposes.

I want to send a message to someone I have met through MEMBERS Groups.: If you register that person to your Friends List on your My Page, you will be able to send them a message. If you do not have a My Page, you will need to create one first.
