The delivery of our e-mail newsletters is a service for members registered with SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS. You can specify your e-mail address in the Newsletters section of the Account Center.

If you no longer wish to receive e-mail newsletters, you can modify your registration details in the Newsletters section of the Account Center.

* You cannot change any options regarding the delivery of system messages intended for all users of the SQUARE ENIX MEMBERS service.

E-mail newsletters are sent on an irregular basis. We will only deliver e-mail newsletters that are issued after your account has been created or after you modify your settings in order to receive them.

Also, please note that certain spam filters provided by your e-mail service may block our e-mail newsletters from appearing in your inbox. Certain providers may even block these e-mails from reaching their servers completely. If this is the case, please contact the administrator of your e-mail provider or e-mail server.
